S. Sivakumar: 20 minutes warm up on an exercycle ( stationery cycle) before other physio exercises helped me tremendously. Also do not focus on speed and finesse now. Concentrate on technique now. Take it slow. Get the technique right – speed and finesse can be got later.
This, to my mind, applies to everything. Hope it helps.
S. Sivakumar: The exercycle will definitely help in reducing the outward swing of the leg. Over time and loads of repetitions, you will achieve what you want.
Prashant Khot : Circumduction is something which will be taken care of by our awareness, and it’s possible, because I could manage this outward swing bit well over a period of time but it’s still there ll, now I am concentrating on balance
