[11/12, 6:44 PM] Sunish Thoniyan Nanu: How do we consume this . Is it to be mixed with milk . I have noticed from few Ayurvedha doctors they say avoid milk . Unlike in west as seen in the video they are taken in capsule . Here in india I have no clue if it’s available in such manner . So if any one knows and can guide the right way to consume will be appreciated so that people can have them in right way.
[11/12, 7:20 PM] Arvind Chittor: They advised me to avoid only cold milk. Warm Milk is OK though. Usually in Ayurveda they give butter milk with turmeric to increase immunity and metabolism. It was a part of my diet for over a month duringmy last sessions. .
[11/12, 7:21 PM] Sunish Thoniyan Nanu: Me too butter milk with turmeric . Said no to milk directly .
[11/12, 7:35 PM] Arvind Chittor: Oh.. that’s shocking. It totally depends on the practitioners. Roots are different from one another. I know someone who told me that they were asked to take medication along with goat milk. To activate the effects of the medication
[11/12, 7:53 PM] Deepak Kapoor: Curzest tablet containing turmeric extract curcumin with pepper extract is available at most chemists
