Aphasia , Dysarthria, Apraxia Amnesia, Agnosia post Stroke can’t be cured with *medicine or surgery* but *Speech language Cognitive Communication Rehabilitation combined with adequate stroke intervention*

Speech language cognitive Communication is Higher cortical ??️ function. It needs scientific understanding of

1. What is type of Aphasia Symptomatology Understanding capacity, Spoken abilities, reading writing abilities, Calculation , Gestures, Ability to hum or sing , Repeat , type

2. So not all aphasia patients are same some can be fluent majority are non Fluent

Poor or good auditory verbal understanding

3) What languages he or she speaks reads writes communicates* post stroke abilities vs Before Stroke his or her Bilingual / multilingual skills ,needs

4) Lesion & severity , of stroke, Age of Stroke aphasia onset , Education , Co morbid conditions like Poor cognition,, depression , visual abilities, hemiplegia Dysphagia are important factors to consider
