Scope of the Project
- Have the standy as above made in the City. Please click here to see some examples of finished standy.
- Display it each day on an area with heavy footfalls- some examples are opposite Hospital entrances ( Most preferred ), Metro Stations, Colleges, Courts, Schools etc. from 10AM to 6 PM at least. At least three different locations to be proposed. The standy will be shifted from one location to another by you.
- For each day, take at least 4 photos of the standy with people reading same. Timings to be approximately 10 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM and 6 PM.
- Each day, create at least two interview videos on your mobile (timings 12 noon and 5 PM approximately) with any passerby, essentially checking about their prior awareness of stroke and what they have learnt from the information given in the Standy.
- Dispatch the Standy to address nominated.
Costs for activity #1 and #5 above will be directly reimbursed by us to the Vendors against bills. Coordination will have to be done by you.
Rest of the activities will have to be performed by you. Photos and Videos for each day will be sent to us. At the end of the activity, a general report from you on your experiences during same and approximately how many people you think saw the standy will be sent to us.
