More so in a country such as India with no social security benefits. Even insurance , if any, covers only limited aspects. And that too for limited time. While stroke recovery can be a continuous , life-long process. The corona virus epidemic the whole world is presently facing has , for many, worsened the situation.
In this context, some institutes and doctors very kindly offer of their time and skills generously. We also have frequent online/offline sessions on Physiotherapy, Speech and Aphasia , swallowing etc.
